1. Plantar Fasciitis Relief – Foot & Calf Stretch
Helps With: Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, tight calves
How to Do It:
Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight.
Loop the Fascia Leg Stretcher around the ball of one foot.
Hold the hand grips and gently pull the strap towards you.
Keep your leg straight and feel the stretch in your calf and foot arch.
Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch sides.
Repeat 2-3 times per foot.

2. Hamstring & Lower Back Stretch

How to Do It:
Lie on your back with one leg extended on the floor.
Loop the strap around the arch of your raised foot.
Keeping your knee straight, gently pull your leg towards you using the strap.

Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch legs.
Repeat 2-3 times per leg.
